Saturday got the Lib outing organized by the JC1s. Pretty unsatisfactory I'd say.

Sunday I threw away 50Kg of noob rubbish from my room OMG. So many. And I received 2 SMS from a bo liao person =(

BUT!!

The next Ex-Co formation is drawing near. And I'm in a serious headache about it. I don't want CMI people to be in the next Ex-Co lah OMG.

And someone finally realized that he/she is the one of the ones being classified as CMI. Why?

Ex-Co people are busy people by nature, if you are so damn busy all the time, then I don't need you then.

So difficult to mobilize you. So difficult to get you out at times. So difficult to get you do things and reply. Sorry, Ex-COs are people who are going to commit. They have to spend a significant amount of their private time to run errands and shop for stuffs and go around contact people.

Ex-COs have much more to do than that, that's why I need people who are willing to commit, have the time and steady people to manage the Society.

Not those who are only committed to do stuffs only when I get real serious. Worse still, when I try to talk serious you think I want to pick a fight. Like this, think you better stay away from serious stuffs.

If you had a problem/prejudice with me or something related that happened in the past or some crap, and you want to give me that attitude crap, so be it.

For God's sake, I'm tired of it. I'm even tired of supporting you as a potential. It's tiring. It's sad.

It's serious. It's not easy being an Ex-CO managing a group of people that is difficult to manage by nature somehow. You think I managed it by pulling relations, you think I slack and never do stuffs.

I may do it not perfectly, but open your damn eyes please. I've covered up more shit than all the meals you've eaten for the past year. And I'm serious.

You think I'm rude by saying this to you? Nah it's polite enough. I've not made a hoohah about it, and that will be what you call rude okays.

True enough. You only do things you like. You only choose to hear what you like. Ex-CO is not a place for you. Neither do this world and the working environment. Stop living in your god damn cosy world.

Edit: Stop complaining about me being biased. Stop complaining about not having the opportunities. Yea, stop complaining for those who complained. The opportunities are always there. Grab it and show me what you can do and not complaining and grumbling at my back.

If you think close to me = guaranteed Ex-CO, come try on me loh. See what happens then. Don't be that dumb please. I speak all good points and demerits about all of you when we talk about you. Not like as if I praise X and Y like Gods liddat can. And what gains do I get. As if they pay me SGD$1,000,000 liddat lah. Lame lah you people.
